Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information M.O.S. Solutions Group LLC ("MOSS", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers mossolutions.ai, our own ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Nextdoor and Yelp, the emails, texts and calls you have with us, the payments you make to us, and the marketing and systems services we provide to business clients.
Who we are and how to reach us
M.O.S. Solutions Group LLC is a Florida limited liability company. MOSS is the short name we use for it. We are a marketing and systems agency: we run ads, build and repair websites, manage social accounts and business listings, send email and text campaigns for business clients, and set up AI systems such as call answering and chat assistants.

Two roles: our own data and our clients' data
Most of this policy is about information we collect for our own business: from visitors to our website, from people who answer our ads or ask us for a free audit, and from the businesses we work for.
When we work for a client, we also handle information that belongs to that client, such as its customer lists, the leads that come in through its ads and website forms, and the messages its customers send. We handle that information only to do the work the client hired us for, under the client's written instructions and our signed agreement with the client. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, contact that business first. We will help them answer you.
What we collect
What you give us.
- The free audit form on mossolutions.ai asks for your email address, and sometimes your website address. We store your entry with the date and time it arrived, and we send ourselves an email notice so we can reply.
- When you fill out a form inside one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok or Nextdoor (a lead form), the platform sends us what you entered, such as your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the form's questions.
- When you agree to get text messages from us, we keep your mobile number and a record of your consent: when you gave it, how you gave it, the words you agreed to, and the program it covers.
- When you email, call or meet with us, we keep what you send and our notes of the conversation.
- When your business becomes a client, we collect the names, job titles, emails and phone numbers of the people we work with, your billing contact, your signed agreement and order form, your brand files and photos, and the facts about your business you give us for your content.
- With the permission of everyone on the call, we record working video calls and keep the recording and its transcript. We say so at the start of each call, and anyone can say no.
- To work in your accounts, we ask you to invite us as a user. We do not ask for your passwords by email, text or chat.
Payments. Payments to us are processed by Stripe, by card or by bank debit. You enter your card or bank details with Stripe, not with us. We do not store full card numbers or full bank account numbers. We can see limited details Stripe shares with us, such as the name on the payment, the card brand, the last four digits, the amount and whether the payment went through. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how Stripe handles your information: stripe.com/privacy.
What is collected automatically. When you visit mossolutions.ai, our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our home page loads one script library from cdnjs, a public library service run by Cloudflare. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches those files. To stop the audit form being flooded, the form counts recent requests using a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. It does not store your IP address itself.
Cookies, pixels and ad tools
What runs today. As of the effective date above, mossolutions.ai sets no cookies of its own and runs none of the advertising or analytics tools described in this section. We describe them because we may use them to run and measure our own ads. Before we turn one on, we will update this page, and this paragraph will name each tool that is on.
How these tools work. Ad and measurement tools use cookies, pixels (small pieces of code on a web page), web beacons and similar technologies. When one is on, we and third parties, including Meta and Google, may use them to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to measure our ads and to target and deliver ads. The information can include the pages you visit, the buttons you click, whether you sent a form, your IP address, your browser and device, and cookie or device identifiers. When we send contact details to an ad platform, for example to build an audience from our customer list, they are hashed (turned into a scrambled code) before they leave our systems.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may use the Meta Pixel on our pages and the Meta Conversions API, which sends the same kind of event information (for example, that a form was sent) from our server to Meta. Meta uses it to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited our site (website custom audiences). We may also upload a hashed customer list to Meta to build a custom audience. Meta does not tell us which people on the list matched. We use information from our Facebook and Instagram ads only to run and measure our own ads and to answer the people who contact us, and we do not pass it to other ad networks or data brokers. Meta's own use of this information is covered by the Meta Cookies Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Lead forms in our ads. Every lead form we run in an ad links to this policy. We use your answers only to reply to you about what the form offered, such as a free audit, and to keep a record of your request. We do not use them for anything else unless you agree, we never sell them, and we share them only with the service providers that help us reply, such as our email and customer records tools.
Google. We may use Google Ads conversion tracking, which counts when a visit from one of our ads leads to an action on our site, such as sending the audit form, and Google Ads remarketing, which lets us show our ads to people who visited our site. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to our website. We may also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site, such as which pages they view and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics collects this with cookies and Google processes it to give us reports. If we turn on any Google Analytics advertising features, we will name each one here; those features use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together. To learn more, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
TikTok, Nextdoor and Yelp. We may run our ads on TikTok, Nextdoor and Yelp. If we add the TikTok Pixel or the Nextdoor pixel to our site, it works like the tools above: it collects the pages you visit and the actions you take, with browser, device and cookie details, and the platform uses that to measure and deliver our ads. Yelp ads run on Yelp, and we do not send our customer lists to Yelp.
Websites and ads we run for clients. The websites we build for clients may use cookies, analytics and advertising pixels chosen by the client, and the ads we run for a client use the client's own ad accounts, pixels and lead forms. Those are covered by the client's own privacy policy.
Your ad choices
- Google. Turn off personalized ads, including ads based on your visits to our site, in Google's Ads Settings. To keep Google Analytics from using your visits, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta. Use the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account to control ads based on your activity on other websites. The Meta Cookies Policy explains Meta's controls.
- Many ad companies at once. Use the Digital Advertising Alliance choice page at aboutads.info/choices to opt out of interest-based ads from the companies that take part.
- TikTok, Nextdoor and Yelp. Use the ad and privacy settings in each app or account.
- Your browser and phone. Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad tracking in your phone's privacy or ad settings.
Opting out does not stop all ads. You may still see ads, but they will be less related to your activity.
How we use information
- To answer you and to run the free audit you asked for.
- To deliver the services in a client's signed order form.
- To send invoices, take payments and keep accounting records.
- To send service messages about your project, such as approval requests and monthly reports.
- To run and measure our own ads, as described above.
- To keep our systems and our clients' accounts secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We send you marketing emails only if you asked for them or you are a client, and every marketing email tells you how to stop them. We do not send you marketing texts unless you have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop them. Our text messages are described under Text messages.
Text messages
Texts from MOSS. We may text clients, and people who ask us to, about their work with us, such as approval requests, appointment reminders, reports and answers to questions. We send marketing texts only to people who have agreed to get them from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email info@mossolutions.ai. Our terms of service include the terms for our texts.
Texts we send for clients. When we run a text campaign for a client, the client is the sender: the messages carry the client's business name and come from the client's number. They go only to people who gave that client written consent to get its texts at that number. A consent belongs to that client and that campaign. We never move it to another client or use it for our own messages, and we never send to lists that were bought, rented or shared. The client's own privacy policy and terms cover those messages. If you get one, reply STOP and we stop sending to you for that client. You can also contact the business that sent it.
Your mobile number and consent are not shared. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, your text message opt-in or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described elsewhere in this policy, and this information is not shared with any third parties, except the texting service providers and phone carriers that deliver our messages, which use it only to deliver them.
How to stop texts or get help. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that program. We also act on END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and plain requests such as "please stop texting me". After you opt out, you get one text confirming it, and then no more texts from that program. You can also opt out by emailing info@mossolutions.ai. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies by program. Message and data rates may apply.
Email campaigns we send for clients
When we run an email campaign for a client, we send only to the lists the client gives us and approves in writing, and only messages the client has approved. The client is responsible for having permission to contact the people on its lists. If you get one of these emails, use the unsubscribe link, and we stop sending to you for that client. You can also contact the business that sent it.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help research, draft, design, transcribe and build. Information you give us, including call transcripts and the content we write for you, may be processed by the companies that provide those tools, to produce the work. A person at MOSS reviews the work before a client sees it. A client can ask us in writing not to use AI for a named item. We use AI tools to draft and analyze. Client customer data is not used to train public models. The AI providers we use today are Anthropic, OpenAI and Google.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared for marketing, as described under Text messages.
We share customer data with third parties that perform services on our behalf, only as needed for the job they do for us:
- Stripe, to process card and bank debit payments.
- Google, for file storage, video calls, website fonts, the Google Ads and Google Business Profile accounts we manage for clients, and our own Google ads and site measurement, including any customer list we upload to build an audience.
- Meta, for the Facebook and Instagram ad accounts and pages we manage for clients, and our own ads, including the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences and lead forms.
- TikTok, Nextdoor and Yelp, when we run ads on them for clients or for ourselves.
- Hostinger, our web host and email host.
- Texting service providers and phone carriers, only to deliver text messages.
- HighLevel, for our customer records, invoices, and the texts and emails we send on our own behalf and for clients.
- Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, as the AI tool providers described above.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it. Text message opt-in data and consent stay excluded.
How long we keep it
- Free audit requests and lead form answers: as long as needed for the purpose, and then up to 3 years.
- Text consent and opt-out records: as long as we send texts to that number, and after that as long as we may need them to prove consent or to honor an opt out.
- Client records, recordings, transcripts and customer list exports: for the periods in the client's signed agreement, and the client can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Payment and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@mossolutions.ai. We may need to confirm who you are first. We will answer within 30 days.
- Some records we have to keep, such as payment records, even after a deletion request.
- Limit ads based on your activity with the links under Your ad choices.
- Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, and stop texts by replying STOP.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including keeping logins and keys out of email, text and chat, using accounts that require two-step sign-in where the platform offers it, and limiting who at MOSS can open recordings and customer lists. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Where information is kept
We are based in Florida, and our service providers store information in the United States and may store it in other countries.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell clients by email before it takes effect.
